I have been live streaming since 2016. Over the last several years, I have tried numerous third-party tools and software to go live. Streamyard is my favorite one. 

I love using my white board to teach. It is SO much more engaging than the traditional slide presentations. I have received great feedback from my audience when I use my white board to teach. It also adds a sense of authority to what I do. See how I am using my white board to teach.

Most livestreamers will tell you that audio quality is a LOT more important than video's. I cannot agree more. You want to make sure that your audience can hear you clearly, even if your image is not the best. 

Logitech makes me look at least five years younger! 🤩 See the difference in the following two pictures. The left one is the screenshot of a livestream using my old computer camera and the right one is the screenshot of a livestream using my Logitech webcam.

Lighting is crucial for a high quality show, live stream, webinar, or your regular Zoom meetings. Natural light can make a big difference. But if you are like me who is on camera all the time, it is unreliable to always count on natural light. 

Lume Cube adjustable LED kit is what i use when I travel. Over the last several years, I have done livestreaming at the airport, museums, hotels, etc. This light kit is a game changer. It is even waterproof in case you have to shoot pictures or videos under the water. Below is a picture of me going live at a science museum.

Designrr is my favorite tool to create and repurpose content, and even create lead magnets for your business. I have used Designrr to create multiple ebooks and repurpose social media posts and videos into blog articles. Cannot imagine being a content creator without using Designrr. It is super easy to use. Simply drag and drop, and you have a beautiful piece of content in front f you. 

Canva is what I use to create my social media graphics, banners, stories, documents, etc. It is my favorite tool when it comes to graphic design. I have advised many students at Classroom Without Walls to create their own resumes and business cards using Canva. Canva is the best graphic designing tool for non-graphic designers. You have hundreds of templates to choose from. All you need to do is to drag and drop. Then you will have beautiful designs. 

Otter.Ai helps you transcribe your videos into texts. It is one of the best tools out there and pretty accurate. The free version of Otter allows you get quite a few hours. What I do is to answer Otter transcribe my live streaming videos into texts, and I change these texts into blog articles or other forms of content. It is one of the best ways to repurpose video content. 

Anchor is what I use to convert my video live streaming show into audio-only podcast. Anchor automatically extracts the audio out of the live streaming video and distributes the audio to all the popular podcast channels such as iTunes, Spotify,  Google Play, etc. I highly recommend it. All of my three live streaming shows are hosted on Anchor and distributed to all the other podcast platforms.
