I have been hosting a wall-less classroom since 2017. Every week, I leverage social media and live streaming to teach beyond the walls for at least two times.  Sometimes, I teach solo; oftentimes, I interview a leading professionals in their fields.

 Live Streaming Tools I Use and Recommend

Here are a list of tools that I recommend and use. Some of them are affiliate links. But please be assured that I only recommend tools that I personally use and are in love with. I appreciate your support! 

LIVE STREAMING TOOLS 

STREAMYARD

I have been live streaming since 2016. Over the last several years, I have tried numerous third-party tools and software to go live. Streamyard is my favorite one. 

Streamyard is easy to use. You can share screens, invite guests, show comments, add background pictures and logos, etc. Because Streamyard is cloud-based, even if you lose your wifi, the show continues! Watch my free training here.

WHITE BOARD 

I love using my white board to teach. It is SO much more engaging than the traditional slide presentations. I have received great feedback from my audience when I use my white board to teach. It also adds a sense of authority to what I do. See how I am using my white board to teach.

BLUE YETI MICROPHONE

Most livestreamers will tell you that audio quality is a LOT more important than video's. I cannot agree more. You want to make sure that your audience can hear you clearly, even if your image is not the best. 

Yeti microphone is affordable, and has high quality. it has different gears that you can adjust for different purposes such as podcasting, live streaming, interview, etc. 

I highly recommend Yeti and have been enjoying using it. 

LOGITECH BRIO ULTRA HD WEBCAM

Logitech makes me look at least five years younger! 🤩 See the difference in the following two pictures. The left one is the screenshot of a livestream using my old computer camera and the right one is the screenshot of a livestream using my Logitech webcam.

NEEWER RING LIGHT KIT

Lighting is crucial for a high quality show, live stream, webinar, or your regular Zoom meetings. Natural light can make a big difference. But if you are like me who is on camera all the time, it is unreliable to always count on natural light. 

This ring light here makes all the difference. It doesn't matter you are on camera at 2pm in the afternoon or 2am in the morning which i have also done. You always look GREAT. 

However, because of its size, I normally don't travel with it. Below is my traveling light kit. This Neewer ring light kit is perfect for home studio.

LUME CUBE 2.0 ADJUSTABLE LED

Lume Cube adjustable LED kit is what i use when I travel. Over the last several years, I have done livestreaming at the airport, museums, hotels, etc. This light kit is a game changer. It is even waterproof in case you have to shoot pictures or videos under the water. Below is a picture of me going live at a science museum.

CLICKFUNNELS

I cannot image grow my business without a funnel building site. Clickfunnels is my favorite site to do this. in fact, this website you are exploring right now is built using Clickfunnels. 

In addition, I have built dozens of funnels for my own company, Classroom Without Walls, as well as my clients. These funnels have been generating leads, close deals for me, and growing my email list while I am sleeping. 

In addition, if you are NOT tech savvy like me, Clickfunnels is perfect for you It is one of the easiest site building tools that I have ever used.
